check the photos closely........made in japan so it is decent quality....fairly powerful spring...some marks from being moved around but does not look too used........sometimes when you close it.......won't hit the hole exactly....if you turn the side that has the poker....just a slight turn then closes fine.............i am not sure what size of hole it punches but i can measure it if you need me too..........the blue is painted on......not rubber handles................i believe this to be an eyelets hole maker punch......japan made.........
